DSDM (Dynamic Systems Development Method)* is a method for managing and controlling the development process in a project with focus on results.

We also use other methods and tools to accomplish these things. The common theme for all methods that we have used is the client influence in the development process with RAD (rapid application development) and a focus put on the development time and thereby also the project costs. Together with the client we select the methods best fitted for the circumstances.

Our main area regarding the technique is transactions against databases. The databases we have worked with are Oracle, Sybase, Ingres, Informix, SQL Server.
